1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Expert Insights LLC, 340 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34102 referred to as “Sponsor.”

2. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older and are employed in or affiliated with the Pharma Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, investment, advisory, or related business sectors. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on June 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the online entry form. Limit one entry per person. No purchase, payment, or client relationship is required.
5. Prize
One winner will receive up to $5,000 USD in professional advisory services from Expert Insights Consulting. The prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and must be used within six months unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor. Services are subject to mutual scheduling availability and a mutually agreed scope.

6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about Friday, June 5, 2026.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within five business days, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with the prize.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes.

10. Privacy
Information submitted will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and for sweepstakes administration, winner notification, and, where consent is provided, marketing communications.

11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, advisors, and representatives from claims arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. Void Where Prohibited
The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
